The Microtech ADO, or Alpha Detachment Operative, fixed blade was designed by Tony Marfione to be the ideal large boot knife that can be carried everyday. The ADO is composed of a single billet of 440A stainless steel and features a hollow handle for storage of small, but essential gear. Removable Skull Crusher Cap.

This knife follows the design philosophy of Chris Reeve fixed blades with a hollow handle, accessed by unscrewing the glass breaker tip (with o-ring seal). The A.D.O. comes with a molded sheath.
